Use of the app

The app is provided to help people with disabilities operate their device. The user, or the family member or caregiver who sets it up, is responsible for using it lawfully and for keeping the device safe.

Not for emergencies

The app is not an emergency service. In an emergency, call your local emergency number directly.

Third-party apps and services

The app works with streaming apps made by other companies. Those apps have their own terms, accounts, and subscriptions, which the user must follow. We do not control them, and they may change in ways that affect how the app works.

No warranty

The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. We do not promise it will always work, be error-free, or work with every app.

Limit of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the app.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means the user accepts the new terms.
